I have this issue and just got it fixed at the dealer. Diagnosis was heat shield rubbing against front cat converter. Fix was to bend heat shield out of the way. Done. No more rattle.

Yep. Did opti pro coating on my shadow black and love it. I hand wash with ONR and the coating makes it so easy to wash. My rap sits outside and it was a must for me, especially w/ black. I really like Optimum products.

Hmmm. This is very interesting. I've heard from several that while the levers are tough to get to it's manageable. For me I couldn't pull them down at all with the divider in place. Wonder if it depends how you install it. My dealer installed mine.
