Not great comparison shots, but I forgot to take pictures before starting my work. I was a little eager to finish my project... I hated the Spyder headlights so much, I ended up swapping them before I even got my plates! Don't mind the dealer frame. Same bulbs on both sides...

For what its worth, I picked my 2014 Special Edition SCrew with 56k miles for $41k and some change OTD. Beadlocks, spray in liner, Ford bed extender, the works. Just have to keep searching and don't be afraid to lowball or walk away from a deal.
