I did the rebuild. A few of my friends and I all own raptors and I bought a set basically as a core. So I would take the shocks that are on the truck off and put the spares on. That way, I could spend a day or two rebuilding the shocks that came off the truck and still be able to drive it. They...
Considering selling my Raptor and have started to take things off. List will continue to grow but here is what I currently have ready for immediate sale.
Volant CAI with scoop and powercore filter. Great intake, I chose this over the others because it has an enclosed box that pulls air from the...
Thanks! Duct tape was just for protection purposes, none of it was touching the paint. When I was running the masking tape all over I didn't think it would be enough to protect against scratches, etc.
Either way, I think you would have done well. Maybe its just me or maybe just my area but it seems like all the "gotta have it" people already bought their Gen2 and not many others are buying so the dealerships will deal a lot on them now.
The dealership next to my house currently has 14...
I had to order a replacement bearing housing from FOX since the bleeder screws were stuck, so I just went ahead and ordered everything from them since I was placing an order anyways. The seal kits are OE FOX. I just can't get my head around why this spacer would be a different size.

I would only put in one step colder if I was supercharged. Otherwise, there is really no need for them. I even asked SVC which plugs he wanted in there for my mods, Jeff told me OEM.
All the top plugs I did from the top....obviously.
As for the lower plugs, I did the passenger side front (closest to the front of the truck) from the top. I did the drivers side closest to the firewall from underneath the truck. As for the rest of the lower plugs they were through the wheel...
Plugs are pretty straight forward. Just take your time and you'll be ok. Here is the process I followed:
1. Check the gap on all the new plugs. They do come pre-gapped but I checked them anyways. .041-.047 IIRC.
2. Just do one plug at a time. When putting in the new plug, put a little nickel...
Ha! I know your pain. I had to put mine in the press to get them to move.

Changed my spark plugs last night. 3 hours start to finish with a 30 min break between top and bottom plugs.
