This is probably what was done to my vehicle to correct a strange rattle from the front end when I’d lightly rev the engine. Not sure if it was a power train/timing issue. This noise is different than the rattle heard on start up.

I know the rattle on start up, this one is when warm and in idle during a light rev of the engine. Coming from the front of the engine. Supposedly they called the raptor hotline and two other cases were reported. They updated the PCM with an updated file and it resolved the issue.

Shop manager said it doesn’t sound like a cam phaser. Sounds like a valve of some sort (not a waste gate rattle). I’ll keep you guys posted! If I never revved the engine, I would have never noticed it - damnnit.

Yea, I get those annoying pop ups as well. Sometimes they force open saying you won a prize and I have to close the entire page and reload FRF.

Mine says the same thing. Wonder if it has anything to do with having a Sony head unit vs non Sony.

I have my GoPRO hooked up to my mirror as well. I have had any issues with it shutting off from the sun (knock on wood). One wire has power when the ignition it turned and a different wire is always hot. I am not sure if it has a timeout, haven’t tested it.

Mine still uses version 2 and nothing over wifi. I’ll have to wait a bit before upgrading to 3. Is 3 an official release or still beta?

Did you mess up any of the shutters behind the grill? Definitely not normal.

Any forced induction will burn oil. I'd never go more than 5-7500k with these trucks without changing the oil.

Easy fix. I mentioned it above.

My GTI had a similar issue. I upgraded the turbos and it eliminated the issue. Otherwise, this was the fix for the stock turbo. We probably need something similar. https://youtu.be/xAkkIEMm3UQ

That right side panel has to come off partially closet to the grill. One of the tabs from the panel is not in the tab on the grill holding it in proper position. Or try pushing that part together at the bottom. It locks into place there as well.
