The auto door locks is in the settings. My 2017 does not auto lock the doors when driving...if that is what you were referencing. Double honk is an annoying Ford thing and maybe others. Lexus has a noise, which is better than the honk. After 2 years I’m used to pushing the button to kill auto...

I went through the same thing with my 2017. They seemed to lock in the down position in the beginning but now they don’t. I got over that but the annoying thing is the single seat doesn’t align with the double seat. Single is higher

I ordered my truck without one. But our new Expedition has it. I haven’t had any problems with it, but we also don’t use it very often.

It looks like from your pics that they moved the auto start stop and camera buttons to the left side. I swear on my 2017 they are on the right side above the screen.

It never occurred to me something might think I have a wannabe Raptor because I didn’t get the stickers or added plastic on the tailgate.

I use it for the reasons mentioned. It’s easy to use, if you can’t figure it out you don’t need a smart phone. It also told me about my recall 2 months or so before my letter came in the mail.

I was there in October 2017 and they told the same tale.

If I buy the warranty now and then want to trade on a V8 Raptor later or my truck gets in a wreck, totaled or I fix it and dump it, it would have been better to not buy the warranty. Sounds like the best idea is to wait and do it right before regular warranty expires.

Rattles/creaks/squeaks are a pet peeve of mine. I’m ocd about vehicles. The raptor is my 11th vehicle. They all have had made noises. I’ve only kept 2 of those more than 4 years so it’s not like they got old and started rattling. 2 of them were Lexus vehicles that by far had the fewest cabin...
