If cost were not a factor, how feasible would it be to swap a 5.0 V8 swap into the 2017 Raptor?
And feasible meaning not just get it running and driving but a factory-like installation.
You could even run a built/forged 5.0 Coyote w/ a Hellion TT setup and keep all of your on-board...
Is it easy to purchase the 39" Baja TAs? I know the are expensive but I wonder if they are easy to purchase.
Also if you can't have easy access to the 39" T/As, their are several other 39" options out there, right?
Are there any LT travel kits that allow you to run 39" tires and keep the front axles
The built Raptors that I see that are running the 39" BFG T/As are all 2WD. Are there any shops that will build the truck, move the hub forward, get all that 18" of travel, etc and still keep the 4WD...
No they're not, I don't think. I think BFG discontinued the DOT legal 39" T/As awhile back.
I dont really care for DOT status, but I am curious if the KR2's rot and go bad like a T/A race tire if they sit for too long...
Seems like I just saw a tire not too long ago that looks similar to the Baja T/A tire?
Looking at 37" Baja T/A's right now, all over $700/tire. Crazy
I thought BFG released a 37" DOT-legal BFG Baja T/A? Are those similar in price to the race tire?
