My changes came from the navigation while in motion change not the software update. I am still on Sync v2.2. I downloaded the v3.0 but haven't installed it yet. I had originally missed the post where Livintup said it would change the country code, so I was surprised at first. post1196081 It's...
LOL that would be too easy wouldn't it? I actually didn't even try! I was picking the kids up from school and got distracted! I'll let you know in a minute though!

It's too bad I put that out there for...
I tried it with Sync3 v2.2. It works! Sort of.... It changed my clock (an hour behind now) and my system language to English UK. I did not find a way change it back. There was no other English in the settings.
Travel Link seems to work normally except that the gas prices are in £. I...
Thanks Rick! The email was a nice surprise this morning. Even better to see them on my doorstep when I got home!
Hopefully I can get some time to throw them on this weekend between Mothers' Days.
At the risk of being ostracized or teased, I will say that the Plasti Dip graphite pearl metalizer over flat black is a very close match to the factory trim color.
As easy as it is to do the update yourself I think it would be worth a shot. Not sure what all improvements they made, but I haven't seen anything I don't like since I updated to v2.2 either.
I'm not using any Apple products, but I thought I would just throw this out there. Are you using the v2.2 for Sync 3? Maybe they put something in there that would help you?
You should be able to change it in the info center. Select the Settings tab, then select Advanced Settings, then Vehicle, then Alarm, then change to Perimeter to turn off the interior sensors.
Mine is set to ask on exit and pops up when the truck turns off you can turn off the interior...
It's not great. It only seems to report on the status of a remote start request.
Basically, you push lock, then the remote start button twice and it tells you if it worked or not. It does not stay illuminated and doesn't even flash on lock/unlock.
Yes, they work when folded. The cameras are mounted on the non moving part of the mirror mount so the view is pretty much always the same folded or not.
I hear ya. You might try to add the switch like t_j was able to or it might be more hassle than you want. That's good info t_j.
Alternatively, if anyone in the east Texas area would like to borrow mine they are welcome to.
Yes, he's talking about something like this. Not sure if you could even get it to work with a USB style module. You need to be able to access HS-CAN and MS-CAN.
Much easier to just get one already done like I posted earlier for about the same price.
I bet that was it. I read someone else say they had similar behavior by leaving the defrost on. Honestly, I haven't used defrost in the last two months so I couldn't say. :)
What does it tell you on the Auto Start/Stop info page of the gauge cluster? I have had it come up a couple times as "Unavailable" but haven't figured out what makes that happen. When auto start/stop is "unavailable" that symbol did not show.
Any time I have seen the symbol you posted there...
Good luck! We couldn't figure out any other way on the computer to change it.
What put me over was the cooled seats in the 802. My wife has em in her car and I decided my raptor should have em too. I've used em at least a dozen times in the last 6 weeks.
Probably a bigger deal down...
