I had the same issue and determined it was bad fuel, ie lower octane than the truck wanted. Put some premium fuel in, and watch where you buy your lower octane fuel from.

I have a 2013 Raptor and I love it. It is the only Ford product I own, or would own. I almost puked when the new Ford GT came out with a v6. A v6 Raptor will never be in my driveway. I'm also skeptical of the gm/ford 10sp auto.
