Worth every penny,,,, but I feel like I need to really clean up the sound.. It is really loud and proud . Drone too. I'm thinking I will ad a j-pipe resonator to cancel drone and add small resonator to fine tune the sound. As it is, now,,,, no resonator with Borla S-type cat back system.

I have stainless power headers on my Roush Stage 2 SC. I noticed a quicker response in the throttle and cleaner. I say its worth it. I went with 1"-7/8" but if I were to do it again I would go 1-3/4". I had smaller pipes on my first 6.2 and the low end torque was much better than the 1-7/8".

Had my plugs put in at dealership. Have a supercharged 6.2 and they had to order new gasket from Roush as well after they had to do what they had to do.Pretty hard on the wallet. plus, Nickel Irridium plugs and tune from JDM.

FWIW , I have a set of Borla 1-3/4 off-road headers I'm looking to part with. Tried to put in classifieds buy don't have enough posts (41) need 50. pm'd admin and got no response. But they were only used for six months. Very nice set up! located in Canada

Right now, Im running the Borla exhaust from stock manifolds without resonator. Virtually no drone, but boy I do miss the rumble of headers. It is on my list of mods though.

I had Borla S-Type Exhaust hooked into Headers. Drone was off the charts loud so I had to reconnect OEM resonator. Next time will put on a helmholtz resonator or J-pipe.

Absolutely, yes! If you get a catted header from SW. They will pass emissions testing. I also have had SW, and the sound is amazing. However, I found that moving from the 1-5/8” Borla tubes to SW 1-7/8” i lost significant low end torque. Which I did not like. But that rumble of SW! Wooo! Threw...

Well, that's a bummer!! I would replace the headers with another set of headers, anyways! Then you can sell the Borla's and recover some funds and or cover the costs of replacing them! You will also notice how good the Borla headers are, once they're gone! In fact, you will also miss any...

I have the Borla S-Type on my 6.2 with the resonator deleted and absolutely love the sound!! its virtually drone less! Maybe removing resonator might change your decision to eat $800. It's an excellent system.

I, too, have an extra set of Borla headers lying around in storage. I found a local custom shop that mandrel bends custom tubing. It may bee cheaper to find a place that could custom build pipes/collector and add cats with sensors to! Its not impossible! I wish I had more time to get out and...

Raptor Exhaust and F-150 exhaust's fit the same. A borla Atak should fit in your 6.2l. I, too , have considered this.. I love the rear exhaust pipes out the back. Best looking set up by far. Let us know if you pull the trigger.

Is it just me, or does the OP not have the same video? Love my supercharged 6.2!!

I had the same problem. local shop did a vacuum test and all was fine. I ended up replacing the solenoid and resolved the issue.

Imagine that the ecoboost is ,what? 700 lbs lighter or 500? I would like to see a race with equal weight. Say put 700 or 500 lbs in the back of the eco-boost then see how it does! I can only imagine how a 6.2l wold do in the new generation Raptor!! Cool Video!

I just ordered a tune and upgraded spark plugs on my Roush Stage 2 from JDM.Expecting it tomorrow and can't wait to get them installed. supposedly I should expect 60 hp more. Customer service and experience is the bomb from them.
