First post as I picked up my 2018 Leadfoot Raptor yesterday. Truck is amazing I mean what else can you say? Live in Colorado and had to really beat up the sales manager to get him to budge a good amount off the stupid addendum. Anyways the truck looks pretty level to me already so my question is a reputable 4x4 store in Denver recommended the Daystar over ANY perch collar mod?? My man concern is actually doing anything to the truck, it’s perfect I feel as strongly about that truck as I do my girlfriends rack and would not change either for anything. Is it worth it? Will it affect the ride in a negative light? Im going to play with the truck like crazy on and off road and why mess with perfection?Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Leveling kits that space the shock assembly down are no good for the raptors. The cv axles are at their max travel at full droop in stock set up. Those types of spacers will allow the suspension to travel to far and bind the cvs and tear the boots. On regular f150s they are fine but not on the raptor.

You need to go with a collar from vendors like RPG, Icon ect. Changes the preload hieght but keeps the droop travel the same. Leveling the truck will help road manners a little also

Would really need to see said rack for comparison purposes.
