I had it and recently put the stock intake back on. I would not recommend that anyone do any off road driving with this CAI...or any CAI that has an open filter with no cover. Being that it is open, anything that drains through the hood vents will find its way onto the filter. Not to mention...

Yeah, before taking a sledge hammer to the front I could only turn the wheel about one full circle. It made driving anywhere a huge hassle. I forgot one day and rolled over a curb with the wheel turned and the tire still hit the part that I had bashed in. I'm not sure how you guys with stock...

Same here. I took mine to the dealer months ago and they said it was due to my aftermarket wheels. Typical answer. I've just lived with it since.

Move the fade up about 3 or 4 clicks and turn the scv up to about 6. It will sound much better.

It wont be perfectly level but it will be a lot better. It will be perfectly even if you do middle and standard National springs or HD National springs and top perch.
