2022 raptor that I don’t want coming to dealership at msrp

Over 10K? He would have to pay the original taxes one way or the other.

My 2022 is here but not price protected? (another thread)

It sounds like you have been more than reasonable on this, but they are trying to get every last dime out of you. I would make sure the $1000 deposit is subtracted and then, tell them you do not recall anything about a $500 admin (100% Pure profit) fee. As you stated, they will gladly let you...

    2022 Raptor blew up - 133 miles

I owned Gen 1 and Gen 2 Raptors for over 10 years and I never once had to take mine in for anything more than oil changes. I sold my Gen 2 after 3 years for more money than I paid for it only because I needed a SuperDuty Tremor to tow my TT.

    Bought 18 Raptor w/ Tune

I bought a 2021 Super Duty Tremor to pull my TT, as the Raptor was not up to the task. Spent two weeks in Yellowstone over the summer. The Tremor with Carli suspension and AirLift airbags did a beautiful job towing my 10K lb camper.

    Bought 18 Raptor w/ Tune

I sold my 2018 Raptor with an MPT tune in April to a local dealer in Houston who bought it for more than I paid for it new. I gave the dealer my tuner with all three tunes and the factory tune loaded on it. I sure hope they passed it on to the new owner. As others have stated, if you call the...

For those who went to a Tremor Super Duty...

I did not know this thread was still alive! This is exactly what I did. I went from a 2018 Raptor on 37s to a 2021 Lariat Ultimate, Lariat Black, Diesel Tremor, also on 37s. I drove Raptors for 10+ years, but I do not see myself going back anytime soon. My blacked-out Tremor has a Carli 2.5"...

Dometic CCF-T Center Console Fridge Review

For those who are interested in buying one, I did some battery / coldness testing and wrote my review in the Tremor forum where I use a similar forum name: Dometic Fridge Testing and Review

Dometic CCF-T Center Console Fridge Review

The max is longer than the two hours I thought previously. Here is the Power Point Timeout value that needs to be changed in Forscan: (28800 seconds = 8 hours) I have the dual batteries and dual alternators on my 6.7L Diesel Tremor, so running a small fridge for 8 hours should not be a problem.

Dometic CCF-T Center Console Fridge Review

For those who want to run the fridge for longer, you can use Forscan to change the amount of time the power ports stay active on the truck. I am waiting on mine to arrive for my Tremor, so I will make the Forscan mod after it is installed. The maximum allowed is 7200 seconds for the Power...

    Payload Capacity Question

See my previous post, the F250 and F350 Tremors are identical trucks other than badges and door jamb stickers.

    Payload Capacity Question

OK, that clarifies things. I would not consider a 22' trailer small and with a dry TW of 640 lbs plus all the extras, you will be way over the capacity of any Raptor. My dry TW was listed at 720 lbs on my medium TT, but the Sherline scale shows it varies between 900-1000 lbs based on loading...

    Payload Capacity Question

I agree. The OP should have no problem with a "small" utility trailer. Most trailers have a TW of 10-15% of the total weight of the trailer when loaded correctly, so anything less than 4000 lbs would be fine for our trucks. I have pulled a utility trailer a couple of times without issues...

What's up with Gen 2 prices recently?

Post some pictures of your one-of-a-kind Raptor if you really want an opinion.

Gen 2 Returning to stock (ADD bumper, Fox 3.0's, RPG Bump Kit, Deavers...etc)

Your Avatar says otherwise... LOL Seriously, why are you removing the parts? Are you planning to try to sell it 100% stock?

    TPMS issues

I no this is not your issue, but another strange one like FTO's issue of cheap cell phone chargers. I had a friend who had aftermarket wheels and tires installed by the dealer before he bought his new Jeep. He had it in several times for service because the TPMS sensors were not working. It...
