Personally, a lot of businesses, whether Hennessey or simply Ford or Toyota or Costco.....a lot have lost the values surrounding customer service. This is probably due to the new generations as well as bad apples on both sides.

Its already at the shop torn apart.....parts already being fixed. Too late for that. The dealer asked for a repair sheet so they may help.

Well its a 2011.....it was installed in 2011.....its 2020....I would say so :) Opinions are like asses....everyone has one.....some are better than others.....

Oh I am not going to post it on here.....I will post it on another online avenue...where I have sold many vehicles in the past. I will get this fixed. Hennessey responded but basically said they could not be of much help because i am not the original owner.

@MTF no worries....this whole thing is frustrating. I am a disabled veteran, so income is slightly limited.....I had always wanted one of these trucks....had never ran across bad info on the velociraptor until i bought the truck and joined the forum. Oh well...such as life.....fix and move on
