The ride height calibration must be done by Ford thru the IDS software. you can reset the VDM thru ForScan but from what I can tell it doesn’t do anything.

@FordTechOne any ideas on why unplugging and replugging these connectors with the car on and in park would fix the shocks from stiff to correct? wondering if anyone can post the ForScan screenshot of there raptor that does not have suspension issues.

Mine is a 20’ also. Yesterday on the road hit a pothole doing maybe 30 and it just about ****** the steering wheel out of my hand it hit so hard.

Mine is to the point where its uncomfortable to drive. I think there is something that is causing a fault that is making the shocks lock at full stiffness. I think it might be time to go back to the stealership.
