Good ol' California Cal Trans requires all vehicles to have them in possession at the checkpoint. Kinda silly for trucks that are well equipped but that's CA for ya.... Thread update: I was able to find a set to borrow from a buddy who's local.

Anyone in Orange County have a set of snow chains for 37's that I can buy or borrow? Heading to the mountains and I've heard they're requiring them at the checkpoint. Need to at least have them in possession. They are out of stock at every store I've called.

Thank you! I don't think they were quite 4" over but they do make the truck pretty level. I had to add more preload to them to get them to clear the 37's. You can easily adjust the preload on the fronts to get your desired ride height.

SVC did it. I watched from a safe distance. Those spring compressors sketch me out.

SOLD Selling the spare I removed from under the truck. Zero road miles run on the tire but it looks like the wheel may have some pitting. Not sure if it's just built up road grime. Haven't tried cleaning it. See detailed pic. $300 Pickup in Orange County, CA

svc is rolling out their new CBR IC that blows away the full race and priced waaay better. No more raptor tax ridiculousness with the full race unit.

You can use spring compressors and do it on the truck to adjust. Did it for added preload on mine.

What drive modes have you tried?
