It looks like the interior was replaced by regular F-150 parts (seats, center console). Maybe it was stolen/ recovered with parts missing? They rebuilt and are now selling?

If you try and ordering the seat cover like I did, you get a message that says it is no longer available and on indefinite back order from Ford.
