Just a thought for ya...I ordered mine earlier this week, and my dealer is drop shipping mine directly to me in Arizona. Not paying anything extra for shipping...other than the factory shipping charges that everyone pays. My dealer had to find a local Ford dealer to agree to a courtesy delivery...
