I have no done any IDS testing on the system just good old fashion trial and error, at this point I have not seen any errors with 6-7 years of use and over 70 units sold. I appreciate the comments and suggestions, I am always looking to improve my product and take and use constructive...
Hey, I know that guy, its me. So to answer a few questions. first, i tap into the BCM inside the cab in the passangerside foot well, I have not had a problem with any codes or issues and im pretty sure it does not cause the cam phaser problems. I had this system on my Gen 1 (2013)...
i have had my relay panel tied into my BCM for more than 2 years. The reverse triggers relays for the GJ lights and two other lights. My high beams are tied into realys that trigger all my forward facing lights. I use them all the time, I have not had one issue with my BCM. A relay...
FYI, I would never run any kind of light right from the High beam trigger wire. All that I tap into it for is to trigger a relay, it takes a few milliamps to close a relay and does not add any substantial load to the circuit. I have been running my set up for 2 years without issues.
Can you give me a call when you have a second, I noticed your comment about the high beam trigger and wanted to chat with you. 312-317-9444 Keith Mandoske LVJ Motorsports.

"The basic harness, the center cargo light will come on only when you press the cargo light button by the headlight switch (and when you open the doors?), and the side chase...
All, I wanted to chime in here. The intent for the wire harness was to run down the "C" pillar and under the threshold, Behind the "B" pillar then under the threshold again to the "A" pillar and the BCM. This avoids conflicts with the airbags. The new versions of the STT harness with...
I have one being tested and will let you know shortly, Follow my on Facebook, LVJ Motorsports and I will keep you up to date. But testing looks good so far.
I found a way to make the high beams trip all the relay and throw on all your lights. I ordered a few parts to rough out a prototype and will have something available shortly.
The box above is great if you can figure out what wires go where. I own LVJ Motorsports and I make a relay panel that is water tight, mud proof and clean and easy to install, I just had back surgery for a herniated disk so I'm taking some time off. But If you need a relay panel . This is a...
