$450 for the leveling kit and $1,150 for the wheels from @Pacific Wheel

I installed the SDI leveling kit and method 305's in 17x8.5 with 25 offset. I ended up switching the gold bolts for the black bolts for a more covert look. Truck now its level and no difference in ride quality. You can't beat the black on avalanche colors. Before and after photos.
