I went to methods and 37s recently and had the same issue. I took them to discount tire and did a lifetime balance. They pulled them all, had to rotate the tire on the rim for one and add a ton of weight. The guy at the counter said methods are great off-road but they hate when people bring...
Anyone replace these? I can't find a Motorcraft/Ford part number...just the Duralast GFA500359. I'll buy heim joint uppers eventually, but wasn't planning on spending $2k so soon. Can it be pressed out without removing the control arm? Was hoping not to have to pull the shock also.
I just ran through all the fuses on my 2019 and found the following fuses to be accessory (runs only when vehicle is turned on):
19-20: Restraint Control Module (Micro3-7.5A)
21-22: Passenger Occupant Detection (Micro3-5A)
23: Power Rear Glass, Inverter, Driver Window, Moonroof (Micro2-10A)...
Update...The service advisor emailed me back letting me know he was incorrect and the instructions on how to clean the sunroof are only detailed in a service bulletin. He said that regardless, if debris is found, the warranty would not cover it. I brought it in today and they told me that the...
Resurrecting this thread instead of starting a new one…I took my truck in Today due to leaky sunroof. I checked the hoses in front and everything was clear but couldn’t seem to figure out how to check the rear. The hoses are all definitely connected. I scheduled an appointment a week out and...
I wonder how they setup the truck for the 0-60. The throttle house TRX and Raptor race had the R lose pretty bad on and off road. Not the best measure of the truck, but it's all anyone talks about...I figured it wasn't an apples to apples comparing considering the TRX had 35" tires.
When was the last time you changed fluid? I haven't seen super blue in at least a decade. The point was to swap back and forth between gold and blue after every track day so you could tell when to quit bleeding. After a quick google it looks like DOT made it illegal in the US in 2013; all...
I had been used to the BMW maintenance of changing pads every 25k and then both pads and rotors at 50k miles. I went ahead and swapped pads and did a fluid flush at 25k miles and was surprised by how much pad was left...seemed kinda pointless. It definitely needed a fluid flush though. Unless...
Thanks for the feedback. You think that it's also bad for signal wires running to relays or DC-DC chargers? I usually see people do inline taps off of ignition-on wires so I thought fuse taps wouldn't be an issue. I'd rather not run a wire from the alternator...not even sure how that would...
I'm planning on doing this today or tomorrow also. You figure it out? I'm using 36 for an ignition signal for my dual battery so that is out. Are 28-30 under ignition only?
On my Gen 2 I went with the Ford Performance 1-step colder. Just bought NGK for my second change though…will see how it goes. MPT has always had the cheapest prices when I’ve checked and they’re on sale now.

I’ve had this happen 4 times over the past three years. Usually on warm days. Turning it off, opening the door, and waiting will the computer shuts off before turning it on again fixes it. Very weird.
