They are not honoring any suspension warranty issues on my truck due to my truck being on mid perch. Front shocks and cv boot both should have been done under warranty.
But to answer your question I'm not sure about a law suit
I have use this setup for a while now and love it! Of course it was thanks to this post I did it. I as well missed 1 bolt in the channel and do some heavy off-roading with no issues. Also have 1" rails around the bed for extra mounting points.

This was a very memorable trip with some great people! I really enjoyed the ghost town in the middle of nowhere. Shocking at least half the keys on the piano still work, just needs a good tune. Thanks to everyone who was on the run!
