I went with the Spicer cover to save some cash. Only replaced the stock because I'm **** about maintenance
and wanted to replace the fluid at 50k. It's a heavy (weight wise) cover. I don't care what badge it has or it's appearance.
I glued (ultra black) the gasket on the cover a few days prior...
Unrelated question about the factory bead lock wheels. I bought the truck used and getting ready for some new tires and was wondering if the rings need to be removed for tire installation? No plans to utilize the locks on the new tires. Thanks
I bought mine used and the very next day no-start. Had two bad relays and
the terminals weren't soldered on the fuse 27 mod at the original dealer.
I'm a retired Ford tech and seen voltage drop issues do a lot of damage to electronics.

I drive like an old man (which I am) just checked the mileage for the first time since buying the 2014.. 14.5 (80% highway).

The dealer that preformed the fuse 27 to 70 mod didn't solder the terminals.
Plus the fuel pump relay was bad.
I switched the relays and created another neighboring circuit problem prior to taking it in, oh well.
The carfax showed a local Ford dealer that did...

It's kind of a bummer being excited over having the Raptor overnight then having it towed to the Dealer.
