Got it pretty much wired now using the immersive settings app...now if only I could get my iphone hotspot from disconnecting after 1 minute. Then I reconnect to it and it's good for the rest of the drive....who knows. Hoping the new iphone tomorrow fixes it or I may go with a Verizon Humx...

Can you beat their ST2020 coupon? I paid 684$ with shipping for a F-150 Android 9.0 fast boot PX6 for sync 3 with auto AC.

If you have the PX3 version, contact Phoenix to get a free updated canbus shipped to you. The new version makes the audio through the unit MUCH BETTER. Total game changer, it’s a must do if you have the PX3

The name of the folder with the new update on freshdesk says "no song skip" so it sounds like that is a "feature" of that new firmware...I am holding off on downloading/installing it.

That's just untrue. I have Sync 3, Auto AC, and it works really well. You realize all the people with working units aren't on here griping about them, so you only hear from the unsatisfied people. I love mine, would never go back to stock.

Why do you need the nav to work for CarPlay? It just mirrors your phone, has nothing to do with the trucks nav...

I will sell my gen 3 unit for Sync 3 with auto AC to anyone for 500$ if they are interested. It works great, no issues at all.
