Edited top post with resolution. TL;DR version of this thread - dealership service dept. sucks at balancing tires.

That's the question - are these tires more prone to balance issues than others? Wobble at highway speed would be a deal breaker for me, as my truck is my DD.

Looks like a trend is forming. Buddy goes in to the tire shop on Monday, so I'll have more info then. Hopefully a matter of dealer != tire shop. Curious if all you guys with no issue have factory wheels, factory beadlock capable, or aftermarket. May have no bearing, but I'm curious.

Dealer took a look at mine this morning and said, "Oh, **** no! That can't be making contact like that. Let me go get the body shop guy." A few pictures and some back office conversation with Ford, and I'm scheduled for a fix on the 14th. I never would have noticed this issue if not for this...
