Does the HUD work well with CarPaly or Android Auto or are things like turn-by-turn when navigating limited to Sync's system?

Does the 2024 have front proximity sensors? I have a 17 and they are only on the rear If so, when they are triggered, does the front camera come on auto-magically? I drove a new Tundra the other day and it has this feature. I wondered if Ford was doing this to with it's newer midels

I was heading for an R3 from a 9500ix but it seems like Uniden has QC issues resulting in varying degrees of performance. I'm currently leaning toward the ****** IX because of this. The R3 (when performing well/receiving a good unit) seems to me hands down a better unit but I'm not interesting...
