Common for the hoses to crack, tear, pinhole or come off. Twice on my Gen 1 from off-roading and engine work. Cheap fix. Have your mechanic smoke the lines. Viola. $5. Hardly ever any other part. Dead give away is when you engage 4wheel drive, noise goes away.

My experience w/ aftermarket parts is they all break when out on the trail. I learned to stick to OEM. I use LED bulbs and 2 resistors for each brake light. These can go out also so I zip tie them up out of the way.

Personal preference. I like the real engine sound of a V8. Would prefer a naturally aspirated carburetor too. But hey, can't have it all!

The bending of the plate option looks hella sweet! If pulled over, can always say, "Oh, must'a been that parking curb as you bend it back up! Next day bend it back down! Genius! Sorry plates are required in your state. In Nevada, plates required in front only if factory/dealer bracket is installed.

I have a late model 2013 when bigger nav screen was added. 137k miles. Biggest issue was that 10cent fuel pump fuse. Good friends here told you about it. Stealership will act like they don't know to sell you a fuel pump, wire harness and labor. 4x4 selector switch went out at about 90k miles...

I was able to reproduce my passenger side noise coming from inside the passenger plastic door shroud. Was able to reproduce by pushing and pulling by the mirror area. Too lazy to remove so just turned up the radio!
