While driving down a dirt road I found that when I put my foot into it and the Turbos kick in, there would be an air swoosh sound as I let off the accelerator. Sounded much like a "Sneeze" from an air system on a truck or bus. Any comments appreciated.

To either side of the upper auxiliary switches, there is what appears to be a camera lens. Are we being watched as we drive? What are these?
