I also had issues with all of the flares on my 22. I just polished them out tonight and they look great! Looks like I polished off almost all of the paint drip-looking issues!

I had my exhaust fixed under the TSB. The rattle came back 2 weeks later. I have resorted back to unplugged exhaust valves.

Yeah. Mine noise was clearly coming from the exhaust valve. I even climbed under the truck to hear it more clearly. Maybe you should open the hood and record, as you move your phone around the engine bay. You should be able to hear the noise get louder, as you pass by that part of the engine...

Just had my exhaust rattle fixed last week. It was under the TSB and they got the parts in 3 days. Just needed to replace the exhaust valve springs!

I read on the other thread that is was just exhaust valve springs that were supposedly replaced. Maybe they ordered replacement valves that have the same issue (built with the weaker springs). Anyone else, please post the part numbers that were used for the fix. I may have to order the parts...

Any of you that have had the rattle fixed with the TSB, please post a pic of your receipts or the part numbers needed for the fix! My dealer says they can’t order parts for a TSB that they can’t find on Oasis… I still have my valves unplugged, but would love the have the exhaust working properly...

No. I tried that first. The valves seemed to shut under hard acceleration. I plugged them back in, initially, then unplugged them while the truck was NOT running. Sounds much better and the valves sound like they are staying in that position! Ill try to attach a video…
