No. not sure what the benefit would be because you need the fob to start the truck. if you could use your phone to remote start, unlock and start the car with no fob how would you valet park your car?

I have an 18 raptor and am very familiar with the vipor products. I had one on my 2012 raptor. The ford app is excellent, reliable and gives you info on your truck like fuel level, etc. Best part is it is free! no subscription.

definitely sounds like IWE check valve. just replaced mine. short term fix is to switch into 4A when you hear it.

Or simply put it in Sport mode which turns off the auto start-stop, not to mention the truck is a lot more fun to drive in sport mode.
