Would there be major issues with running an E load rated K02 spare when my primary tires are C loads?

I was in the middle of Montana chasing grouse and ran over an 8-inch nail. My spare is a brand new C load, and my other C load tires have about 15k miles. I plan to replace them with E load when their life is up.

Since I plan to move to E loads at the next opportunity, I was thinking about continuing to drive on my current C load spare and putting a new E load spare under the truck. But, in the event I get a flat, would there be any issues in driving up to ~1,000 miles with three C loads and one E load? I’d change the tire to match as soon as possible, but just planning for worst case if I’m in the middle of nowhere and need to get home.

Same size tire? no issue Running the E.
I run 37s with a 35 spare. Now that could be an issue but I’m the event I have a flat I will move the 35 to the front in 2wd.

That doesn't make sense to me. I would just replace all 5 tires. Not worth taking the chance if your driving and have to switch to a 35 with 37s.

Ya, same tire size. All 35’s.

I will say, I was SO glad to have a full size spare. I called a dozen tire shops in Montana and no one had 35” KO2’s in stock, so I drove half of my hunting trip and the whole way home (1,300 miles) on the spare. Trip would have been ruined if I wasn’t able to do a lot of driving after the flat.

Started doing it on my TJ back in 2003-2009 when I lived in CO. No harm in an open differential. 37 was to big to haul on my back door with my setup and the class IV trails I was doing, needed to get my pumpkin a little more off the ground.
