Water pump replacement forgot to replace hose

Just had the raptor at the dealership for a water pump replacement. I got the truck back and the turbo sounded like it was exploding with air and I lost all power. Took it back and he claimed he forgot to reattach hose. Has anybody had this happen? Is there any damage that can happen from not having the hose on the turbo for 10 minutes worth of driving? Also since the water pump is fixed it seems like my turbo sound is less prominent.

They probably didn't get an intercooler tube connected all the way, blew off under boost. No harm no foul normally.
