Alternative.....how hard would it be to convert my spot white dually to rear floods and order dually d2's to replace those two white spotted dually's?

Are you looking to replace the spot whites with the flush mount floods? If so, unfortunately it's not possible to do a swap or just get the flush mount plate because it's all done in house. Honestly your best bet would be to try and sell the white spots and buy either a pair of SRM flush mounts for the rear and a new pair of D2's for the front. That's what I would do, and the Duallys I'm sure someone would take off your hands for the right price!
