Tire expert needed ridge grapplers

I’m looking at ridge grapplers and I see
315/70/17 and then I see 35x12.5r17

are these tires the same size ? I’m looking at the method 313 0 offset and putting these Tires on. Truck is completely stock

Lots of tires have these 2 sizes. One is metric and one is inches.

315 is like 34.2 or 34.4 and 35s typically run 34.8 in. Also your speedo will be off by around 1mph. So 60 on your speedo will really be 61. Keep that in mind if you regularly go 7-9 over the posted speed limit.

Weird there so close in size . I guess I’ll go 35 x12r17 on my new method 313 with 0 offset

The 35's weigh about 4.4 lbs more than the 315's.
