Are you a hoarder? I'm the opposite. If I haven't used something in a while and come across it, out it goes. Then I'm looking for it months later when I need it. Well apparently I did that with my Swarfworks License plate mount.
Aha, but I kept my StonSho mount which I had never used. Now that I have a new truck, I'm finally going to mount it. However, naturally I lost the bolts. I emailed StonSho, they got back to me very quickly, asked for my address, and in literally minutes I got a shipping notice.
Now that is customer service extraordinaire. I have zero connection to them other than a very satisfied customer, and I'm tough to please.
