Rubbing parking brake cable fix

For anyone seeing their parking brake cable getting worn by the rear leaf I did a little youtube video on a quick fix.

Kinda sad this is needed, but mine had a rub mark as well. I did the same mod; thanks for the tip!

Check your leaf spring nut area also. On mine the bolt is between. The two cables and the upper cable is resting on the nut, slight rub there for me also. I looked at the super duty and they have a similar bracket as the raptor holding the cables , but no where close to rubbing anything under the truck. We should not have to do this.

My 2018 has the same issue. And the leaf spring is bare metal, the powder coating is gone at not even 2000 miles. I'm asking for a replacement.
