RPG order

Good evening!
Does anyone know if RPG is out in the desert somewhere or something like that? I’ve been trying to get ahold of them via phone and email for over a week, with no response or answer, on whether a multi thousand dollar order has shipped or even just a status. I’m concerned.

How long you been waiting? Usually [email protected] is pretty quick at replies.

They are in the desert but also in a suburban community.

I do feel like every time I called the 800 number I left a message

Got a response. I was/am really excited to support one of the vendors here. Especially one that’s been around since the beginning.
