Just thought I'd share a few thoughts after going to the Raptor Assault on 9/23.

If you bought a Raptor -- GO!!! Whether you've owned a Raptor before, or already have offroading experience, or are not sure -- GO!!!

My dad (guest driver) and I went earlier this week and loved it. I'm not a professional driver or a seasoned offroad veteran, but I do have plenty experience both on and off the road. I've also been to other performance driving schools before. We both had a blast. The instructors are awesome, and the whole day is incredible.

That’s awesome can’t wait to go. I am looking to go next year as I am not going to be able to make it this year.

That bank is pretty damn wicked & cool-looking! How many degrees?
The picture my dad took of the gauges, shows 28 degrees. Another driver that day reported 32 degrees. So on average, I'd say about 30!

And yes, it was wicked! Without an instructor standing there (and on the low-side of the truck too!!!) I would have never, EVER, attempted that!

That was pretty fun too. The darn light bar blocked too much of the camera view for my taste though.

I think my favorite part was the higher speed offrodaing first thign in the morning.

The side slope is no joke. We briefly hit 32 degrees and it was pretty amazing. I’m not a timid driver, but I would have never tried that or anything close to that prior to the class.

It looks like a wall driving up to it
