Radio controls on steering wheel

I almost have to agree with the dealership that something was miswired. Not sure how or why but I do not know of any steering wheel on any truck that will change the source.

I'll run it over there to have them check it out. I sure hope it's something simple, and I'm just missing it.

I would still make sure you customize all the presets, and extra pages to the presets just to be sure.

Can't be too major, as the voice control changes to any station I request. But these pesky wheel controls don't. Ha!

Well... Great news! I seem to have fixed the "problem" It seems as though I might be a *******, and didn't know what I thought I knew. Turns out if you watch the correct YouTube video, and review the Sync4 tutorial specifically on audio settings you can learn a thing or two. I THOUGHT on the audio screen under "favorites" was the same as "presets" on the lower portion of the screen that run horizontally. Who knew?

Anyway, long story short, crisis averted and all is well now. I appreciate all those that attempted to help me figure this out, and hopefully this will help some other NOOB! I was able to program all my new found presets with my desired music, and now the forward/back buttons work as engineer, and intended.
