Part Number needed for bolt and bracket

Drivers side is missing, this is a picture of the passenger side. Not sure if the black piece the bolt is holding is technically a skid plate, but thats what Id call it. There seems to also be a piece of steel that is needed for the bolt to thread into.

Any help is appreciated.
