It belongs to a young blonde girl in the south Houston area. I know several of the Houston guys have seen it several times, I have only seen it once. It looks like the same lift kit as the first lifted Raptor posted here.

And I thought it was, Keep Austin Weird...

Truthfully, I wonder why? With no skid plate wouldn't it just be an easy smack with a boulder right at the exposed control arms/axle assembly and this thing goes down?
