Way respond to everyone's but my question requesting proof.

Hello.

We are awaiting the image of the dyno graph from our installation and dyno facility. The dyno session ended yesterday and we will have all graphs today.

The 30 hp is with our turbo system, not NA.

Exhaust flow is very important with turbo setups, especially with the 6.2L.

To our knowledge this is the only factory manifold, bolt on, off road Y-pipe available. The other off road pipes we have seen mandate long tube headers as well.

3" off road Y-pipe dyno graphs

Here is a back to back dyno graph of our test mule twin turbo 6.2 L Raptor with and without cats.

The lower HP pull is with the factory Y-pipe, the higher hp pull is with the new Bassani Off-road Y-pipe.

Both tests were done at the base 7 psi boost level that come standard in our kit.
Average HP gains were around 30, with a huge gain of 42 hp at high rpm.

We were very happy with the results.

The low end jump
Is that because the turbo's have less back-pressure
Or just because of where the massuring started?

Any video's from the dyno runs?
So we can compare sound

Ps : awsume response (-rate)

We do not have a video from the dyno after the swap. I will try and get a video next time the truck is on the dyno and post it here.

Will this work with the factory headers while still being naturally aspirated? Basically can I use this to remove my cats?

Yes it will. It goes right in place of the factory Y-pipe. A true bolt on.

We had this Y - pipe built for that very reason. It allows NA guys to take the cats off without having to buy long tube headers.
