Some great realtors may be able to earn the same or more. However, earning is the key term.

What amazes me that buyers and sellers often don’t know how the realtor is paid.

Are you trying to buy a 2023 or 2024 Raptor ? You can buy 2023's for under MSRP, 2024's: a fair price is MSRP.
