I installed 2 Vision X 4500 lights last night and they worked perfectly. Now the right light is randomly not turning ON with the switch. If the light comes ON, it stays ON. If it doesn't turn ON, it stays that way. I opened the hood and checked the wiring - good. I turned the lights ON and pulled and jiggled all of the wiring - good. 60% of the time they both turn ON, 40% only the left turns ON.
They are wired to switch #4 with a 10 amp fuse. Some senior members on the forum confirmed my load.
Switch 4 = 10 amps available, 6 amps used (3amp per 4500)
Switch 3 = 15 amps available, 4 amps used (2amp per D2)
Switch 2 = 30 amps available, 4 amps used (2amp per D2)
Switch 1 = 30 amps available, 6 amps used (6amp per E Series 20")
Anyone have any idea of what's wrong? Could it be a bad ballast in the light?
