One aspect of a lot of bumpers that I don't care for is the silver hardware. Just curious if black hardware is an option so the bolt heads aren't so prominent?

Once again, you guys did a great job on this bumper - it's really an attractive piece of hardware!

Ya we use stainless hardware on all of our bumpers. We only carry stainless, but there are black anodized options out there, would be easy for you to swap them out. Check this one out:

Does the Intercooler relocation require a tune? I'm guessing no.

i noticed on the pro, the ends by the fender flares dont match up length wise, is there a reason for that?

On Gen1 trucks people were able to weld the frame horns back on. I'd think this is no different.

@DrippinRaptor is right. Just make sure whoever cuts off the horns does a clean job so re-welding (if needed) goes smoothly.

It does not, pretty straight forward install.

No specific reason, it does help for tire clearance for the 37" & 39" guys.

Keep the horn when you cut it off. You can always weld it back on & you're golden. Its a straight cut, easy to weld back.
