My guess, it has something to do with the handle on the tailgate. If not, perhaps you could get a large bucket of Bubbles and have one big heavy bubble blower..

Right. when I put my quad in the back, the tailgate can't close, and being spring assisted it bounces like crazy down. So I made this to hold it half way up. It slips over the peg and latches right into the tailgate. To release just open the handle like normal.

This is a problem I am going to have that I didn't realize (once I get my Raptor). My current tailgate isn't spring loaded.
