Differences between F150 Raptor and Raptor R?

It could be it was a 37s package with the 3.5. The ding d o n g sales people might have seen "the one with big tires" and thought it was an R.

Kind of a stretch. Most sales people aren't nearly that perceptive ...

Had a car salesman try to tell me wrong information about the 03/04 Cobra Mustang and I had to set him straight. Then a guy at work tried to tell me the 03/04 Cobra was 390/390 and the 03/04 Cobra Terminator was 420/420. Wrong. Made a 100 bucks off him. Ignorance is one thing but you should know what you're selling.

Oh yeah, I've been on the SVTP forum since 2005 and familiar with it. I had a 2004 Comp Orange Cobra with a KenneBell twin screw supercharger, one of my favorite Mustangs for sure. This was my 929RR, my Daily Driver 02GT with a Procharger and my 04 when I first got her. I did alot to both those Mustangs.

I have seen a salesman say the same thing. The reason is because if you go to Ford’s website they have a small R as in registered trademark next to Raptor. I kid you not. The stupid sales people believe this equates to a Raptor R. I actually got into a fight with one about this.

Yeah the Terminator was a fun one. Bought it from a lady with 16k miles on her mint. My Mystic Cobra was nice, 04 Mach1, 11 5.0 and 15 Comp Orange as well.

Very Nice! Had the 2.2 on mine. Plan on a 25 Raptor but doubt I'll get the R.
