Which one do you have? I have an old Eureka Apex 3XT that I have had for about 12 years and might need to upgrade sometime.I really like mine.
Me too.I really just wanted that casino post to go away.
Ditto. I recently scored a BA Fly Creek UL3 and footprint for $400 total shipped. Its a 3 person (really a 2 person) that tips the scale at just over 3.5lbs including the footprint. And it fits in my backpack very well too. There are lighter options out there (tarp, groundsheet and bug bivy can be done for right around 1lb) but I like that this thing freestands, fits my wife pup and I very well (or just the pup and I with plenty of leftover space to spread out) and is double walled (very nice for preventing/managing interior condensation thru the night).I really like mine.
Yeah me three!I really just wanted that casino post to go away.

LOLz there's no standing for me in any tent that doesn't weigh 15lbs+. At least this one lets me sit up comfortably. That thing barely looks big enough for you J. If you try and stand up in that you'll pop the tent pegs out
Yeah I've recently got very into backpacking. I'm an hour or two away in any direction from some of the country's best hiking and backpacking land; its pretty nice to head out on a whim for an overnighter and decompress. And this tent serves pretty well in that regard. Like I said its still a bit heavy @ 3.5lbs on my scale, but even so my base pack weight with it is 17lbs; pretty darn good weight for a multiday 3 season setup. You into backpacking or you gonna use it for your Raptor-camping?
