So can you get the whiskers and evil eyes set to come on with your running lights, and the whiskers to blink with your turn signal? Is it plug and play if you already have HID's?

Yes it is plug and play for the HIDs. The whiskers (if that's the new nickname) and halos can be wired together or separately. Dawson pre-wired mine to come on together. But I had to wire the LEDs to a switch.

You can choose to wire them to a switch, the turn signal, the parking lights, etc. However you will need to know which wire to tap into to make them work. I recommend a switch or the parking lights. These are too good looking to only have them come on with your turn signal.

Question...does the new lower price include the cool whiskers and halo and if not how much extra would it be to add them? Does it include your upgraded bulb/lens? Not sure what I need to upgrade my 2012 to the 2013 HID's.
BTW Dawson, which color (raptor gray/FX4 black) would you recommend for the white raptor?

$1250 is for the complete pair of headlights and the conversion harness.
