Firestone Service Center. Me and another FRF member got them done at the same time. $159 was the deal we cut with the service manager.

So I go and measure the height from the center hub cap to the bottom of fender.
Driver side: 25"
Passenger side: 25.5"

And I had a well known raptor shop install these.

I would not use the hub to fender measurement myself since there are variations in body panels. Others may disagree. I would use things like sub frame or frame to ground points. To really get a good set up use scales like a race car to comer weight the suspension/chassis, drivability and handling performance will be better when properly corner weighted. On my race/rally cars once they were corner weighted I could measure fender to hub and they were never equal side to side. The cars looked normal not off side to side. Someday when I get adjustable coil overs the scales will get a workout since the Raptor is a lot heavier then then my old VW golf rally car!
