Awesome, after around 8 hours total I perfected the orange crush logo! It kept skewing the outline on the leather since leather pulls. I did about 8 sew outs on leather to simulate the actual headrests before embroidering the finished product. Here are some progress pics of the logo.

Top - first sew out then on down as I changed to the 4th pic (the 8th sew out)

8th and final finished product ready to be embroidered on the headrests and console!

Thought I would throw this in as well. The top sew out is on sample cloth and that was the very first sew out. Immediately after that it went onto leather and it turned out badly. This is the difference between embroidering on cloth vs leather. Biggg difference.

Thanks bud!!!

Ok so far-

4 large headrests are done
console leather is embroidered, foam is installed and I am currently attaching it to the center console lid.
The last visor cover is in the embroidery machine running right now, one is already embroidered!

After looking at the stitch count in the design (19500 stitches) , I decided that is too many stitches for the center rear headrest. Being so small, its more prone to stretching when subjected to so many stitches. This can wrinkle the leather and turn out badly. So i'm going to get Jerry to give me another idea on what to put on the center rear.

How about just the claw marks ? It would give the design continuity .....

OK guys, I know its taken a while but I put much effort into this build to ensure an awesome quality build going to an awesome bro! 5 headrests, a console, visor covers and 6 t-shirts finished for Jerry and his orange crush raptor. There were changes, obstacles, difficulties, lots of emails and sew outs before this finished product. Next....

Interior pics... Right @Team Orange Crush ????

The orange that I picked out is absolutely fantastic! It reacts to different lighting situations just like the matte wrap on Jerry's raptor. Very impressed! That makes me even more pleased with the finished product because it adds an excellent flow between the exterior and the freshly embroidered interior!
